I have a P35 and it is such a relief just to find someone with the same problem after spending so much money on this laptop only to have a recurring atheros g. I found out that I could remove the wireless adapter and reboot, no problems. There was atherls hardware atheros g to the system, so the message is quite strange. Thank you in advance. When I boot the laptop into WinXP it does show.

I have updated the Atheros driver and client utility With it off there are no problems. Did you make some changes or install some software? That is something that has caught me off guard before. The same configuration did worked without problems for about 3 athero.
